1. Introduction

Welcome to the CSPP Exam Simulator, operated by PM Career OS. This platform provides exam preparation content for the CSPP (Certified Sustainable Project Professional) certification based on the P5 Standard and the PRiSM methodology. By using this service you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use the CSPP Simulator for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share access, resell content, or use automated tools to extract questions from the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions.

3. Payment Terms

The CSPP Simulator is offered in three one-time-purchase editions:

Essential: 19 EUR, 30 days of access
Advanced: 39 EUR, 60 days of access
Deluxe: 59 EUR, 90 days of access

Your access period begins on your first exam or quiz session, not on the date of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. All prices include applicable VAT.

4. Refund Policy

We offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at markus@pmcos.de within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.

No conditions apply. You do not need to have completed an exam, answered a minimum number of questions, or explain your reason. The refund covers the full purchase price and will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All exam questions, explanations, and platform content are the intellectual property of PM Career OS or used under license. The P5 Standard and PRiSM methodology are referenced under fair use for educational purposes and remain the intellectual property of Green Project Management (GPM) Global. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish question content outside the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The CSPP Simulator is an exam preparation tool. We do not guarantee that use of this platform will result in passing the CSPP certification exam. We are not affiliated with Green Project Management (GPM) Global. The platform is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for access.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
